January 22, 2010…. "…..so we have decided to terminate your employment…." Over a mistake that you KNOW was a mistake? Whatever…I just walked out the door and filed for unemployment-which was approved, and fought against, and approved again! HHAHAHAHAHAHA…..BUT unemployment doesn't pay my rent, bills, etc….. Job hunt…. 6 months later….NOTHING…. BS-Psychology, MBA, and female with leadership experience….. NOTHING……..
Lease ends this month but because I have been later since being terminated….no renewal! 21 days to find employment and a job….. and this is way people shoot up their former employers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I have 3 children… (I'm also married but we need my income to make it happen smoothly……)
Over a mistake? If you don't mind, what was it? Have you looked into unfair dismissal? What country to do live in? The reason I ask is that my wife works in employment law so may be able to give you some pointers.
