I am so p!ssed off as I had ordered a xmas pressent over a week ago to be delievered the next day (which was 5 days ago!!) – and it still hasnt arrived!!! What I really hate though is that I cannot contact ANYONE – lines engaged for over 1 day and no updates on their website!!!!!!!!
