Im just visiting Australia for a bit and started watching My Kitchen Rules and what puzzles me is what they call Crayfish are obviously Lobster! I was thinking that perhaps it was just the amateurs Kat and Andre from Western Australia – however even the supposed professional chefs also referred them as crayfish! Crayfish are ONLY freshwater and lobster is ONLY marine! I just don’t get it!
